Bummed-out snow trip

We decided the day after Christmas, since we we're experiencing a "White Christmas" we would go sledding at little Sunrise. Well, as we were going we got there after a 1 1/2 hour drive that the roads were closed right at the turn-off to Sunrise. So ya, we were a little irritated. We pulled into Sunrise to take a break from driving and enjoy the snow a little since we were all bundled up ready to go sledding. Anyways, long day... kinda sucked a lot. We felt so bad for Taylor. She was so patient the whole time and had such a good attitude about the whole thing. On the way home we stopped at that big hill by the old Wal-Mart in Show Low to let Taylor tube down that hill. After being in the car ALL DAY it was much needed. We really should have just stayed home and let our girls enjoy their Christmas presents. Lesson learned.

Out of the car for a little sanity re-group. I love Tay's face. It cracks me up.

Snow Angel! Oh, and she is:) She's been DYING to make a snow angel when it snowed, so we at least had to let her out to do that much if we couldn't go sledding!
